We have extensive experience, thanks to which we are able to organize and implement support of IT systems, in accordance with the SLA you choose.

 

We support multiple systems, both those produced by us and those developed by third parties.

 

 

During the support not only do we take care of appropriate functioning of the system in accordance with the SLA expectation, but we also supplement anything that is missing, including drawing up of missing analytic documentation, design documentation, technical documentation, user documentation, arranging and describing the source codes, describing the current interfaces for data exchange, etc.

 

At the request of the customer, after the takeover of the system for support, we carry out the necessary development and functional changes.
